Broken hearts. Is the world full of hearts slashed in two? In threes? in fours? into tiny particles? Jay said no. I'm on my punch line and there he is interrupting me. Now, I couldn't find next words for that line. He asked me to write this instead... The heart shouldn't be broken. It should be liquidized. Sorry. He forced me to type those promising me that we will win this thing. =) He continued: It should be like rain, something you can't count. Like soda, that can goes into you, pass through your veins, mix with your blood. It should be water... a living blood in your system, in your society. I'm quite amazed with his words. But I asked him, "If you will make the heart liquidized, it wouldn't have a special place? like now it's on our chest right?" He answered, "If it's liquidized, the special place will be anywhere. Like how it is now, it's on your chest, but it's everywhere.... when you close your eyes. When you do things, you give your heart out. When you love, you... just let your heart flow. You are even willing to give it to me? Don't you?"
Okay, enough of too much cheeze, pimiento and cheese ring.

Annually, Muslims celebrates Eid’l Fitr, the Festival of the Breaking of the Fast that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. This important event usually falls on the first day of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Islamic calendar. It’s a time of joy, forgiving and thanksgiving among Muslims as they take the occasion to strengthen ties with family and friends, give gifts and zakat (alms), and feast together. Here in our country, Republic Act No. 9177 declared Eid’l Fitr a national holiday.
This year, instead of having this celebrated within the ARMM Region where most Muslim communities reside, the Eid’l Fitr Festival goes to the metro and takes centerstage on August 24-26, 2012 at The Block, SM City North EDSA, Quezon City.

Brillante Mendoza Film Festival, Admission is Free
SM City San Lazaro will be having a film-festival this July 30 & 31, 2012 at Cinema 4 featuring the works of the renowned film director, Mr. Brillante Mendoza, the first ever internationally acclaimed Asian Film Director to win in the 62nd Cannes Film Festival.
Director Mendoza will be staging his four (4) multi-awarded films entitled: Kaleldo, Manoro, Foster Child and Lola, which won best film award at the 6th Dubai International Film Festival. (Please see synopses below).

Temple Run officially hits Android on March 27
Temple Run challenges players to test their reflexes as they race down ancient temple walls and along sheer cliffs. With endless gameplay, players collect coins as they jump, slide and run to escape the evil monkeys guarding the temple while avoiding obstacles.
“We are excited to finally share the Android release date with our fans who have been so enthusiastic and supportive of Temple Run,” said Keith Shepherd, co-founder of Imangi Studios. “By expanding to more mobile devices, we hope to provide the same addictive and fast-paced gameplay to an entirely new group of players.”

What took it so long?
I left the corporate world last year on the last day of January. In less than a week, a Web Marketing Company offered me a job. I accepted that job where my duties include writing Search Engine Optimized articles and PR's for the company. I lasted 5 months there and decided to try my luck abroad. And I'm lucky... After 3 interviews, I'm hired as a Copy writer for an Online Radio Station in Georgia. I could've worked there however, the company didn't start before my Visa expired and up to this date they are not yet operating. Somehow, I still wish that they will hire me when it starts. When my copy writing job in Georgia didn't push through, I asked why God didn't give me the thing that I wanted the most? It's always been my dream to work in the US. I always wanted to bring my family there like how my mother desired to retire on that country. Also, the money I would earn there in a month is too impossible to earn here in a year. God knows how much I dreamt of this all my life and I know I did everything to reach this... I applied, got accepted but why didn't it prosper? Why? I questioned God a lot of times. I continued to ask myself on what part have I failed and on what part have I not given my best.
My questions were answered now. Maybe, God knows what I wanted the most and that is to be with my family. There are times when I imagine myself in Georgia with all the things that I wanted but I'm alone... with no family to be with. It gives me sad moments that never happened... thank God.
Right now, I'm an online contributor for Yahoo! Voices and Foreverdope. Also, SM offered me a PR Coordinator position that I accepted. Now, I don't ask God anymore on why I wasn't a copywriter in Georgia but I just thank Him for letting me be who I wanted to be, letting me be where I wanted to stay and letting me have the people I wanted to be with in my life. =)
