Online Learner Competencies Survey

Dear everyone:

This is a request from my professor  to participate in the research that her colleagues are doing by answering the survey indicated in the link below.
The excerpt of the email reads:

"Ibstpi has undertaken a research study approved by the Penn State

Institutional Review Board to develop and validate a set of online learner

competencies. Completing the validation survey is voluntary and should

take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
